What you’ll do
- Process invoices, payments and reconciliations accurately
- Use AI-assisted matching and validation to catch exceptions
- Maintain clean records and audit trails
- Support month-end close activities
What we’re looking for
- Background in bookkeeping, AP/AR or accounting operations
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite
- High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive data
