Quality & operations
We publish SLAs, score interactions with AI quality monitoring (up to 100%, not a 2% sample), run human QA on flagged cases, and report trends to you regularly. Quality is measured, not assumed.
You get a dedicated account/delivery lead as a single point of contact, with team leads managing agents against your SLAs and KPIs.
